Extended Foreplay and Seniors

As a senior, foreplay is an important part of love making sessions with partners. In the younger days, we could get it up every 5 minutes and last all night. Faced with the reality that we can get it up maybe 2 or 3 times, more emphasis has to be placed on foreplay with your partner.
